Two homes on Amherst Rd – Completed July 2022

Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity acquired a parcel of land on Amherst Rd in Pelham with funds from the town of Pelham’s Community Preservation Act program.  Habitat divided the land into two building lots in order to build two homes on site – a two-story and a one-story home.  Both homes have 3 bedrooms. While planning began in 2019, construction began in summer 2021 and concluded in summer 2022, marking the first Habitat builds in Pelham and the completion of our 50th affordable home in Hampshire and Franklin counties!
