Single-family home on South Deerfield Road – Completed Summer 2023
Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity’s first Conway project was a 3 bedroom, single-family home on South Deerfield Road. Construction began in summer 2022 and is finished in summer 2023. The home is in a beautiful rural area of Western Massachusetts, and is two stories and approximately 1,300 sq feet.
The home meets ENERGY STAR standards, with materials and practices that follow our green building initiatives, and was Habitat’s first to meet the standard for 2 ACH50.
